My coaching style is a little different than most…

I don’t think it’s necessary to work out six days a week to see results.

I think that the only people who benefit from you eating “1 g of protein per pound of body weight” is the protein industry.

And as much as I’m going to help you lose weight and tone up and all these other buzzwords, I care more about how you feel about yourself, how strong you’re getting, how well you can move.

My goal as a coach…

I want to teach you how to strength train properly, and how to develop consistency in your health journey. Every week I want you to feel stronger than the last. I want you to feel more confident in your clothes, more confident in yourself when you look into the mirror. Training your mindset is my number 1 priority during our time together. Because ultimately, your health journey is a marathon and I want to equip you with the tools to excel.
